Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including through the Buyer Profile, Seller Property Profile, Rewards inquiries, the general contact form, and scheduling requests — such as your name, email, phone, property preferences, and details about your transaction goals.
Automated information, cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, forms started or completed, calculator use, and clicks to call or email. We also capture referral/UTM source information to understand which marketing channels are effective. If we use advertising pixels (such as Meta or Google Ads) to measure campaigns, they may set cookies as well. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Analytics. The Nazaret Reward Explorer runs in your browser; its figures are sent to us only if you choose to send them to Milenia.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Milenia may call or text you about your inquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us by phone or email.

How information is stored
Submissions are processed through a private backend and stored in a private, access-controlled database. We do not make this information public or sell it to third parties.
Third parties
We use BeachesMLS IDX for property search, Google Workspace/Apps Script for backend processing, and may use scheduling and analytics tools as configured. Each operates under its own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file or to request it be corrected or removed, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs.
Financial documents
Pre-approval letters and proof of funds are requested only after a first conversation, received only through a secure upload (never ordinary email), available only to the Broker of Record and your assigned agent, and kept only as long as the transaction and the law require.
